Nintendo is suing the company Nyko who makes accessories for the Wii. Nintendo is claiming that Nyko infringed on it's trademark Nunchuk's shape and design by creating the Wireless Nunchuk. If you even wanted the wireless Nunchuk, now would be the time to buy it before they stop selling them. The Wii Wireless Kama Nunchuk sells for about $35.
