Wii Fit Released In Japan

Wii Fit has been released today Dec. 1, 2007, in Japan where people were lined up to get the game. So far, the reviews have been very much in favor of the game. For those who do not know, the Wii Fit is a game developed by Nintendo that incorporates video gaming with fitness, hoping to make gaming a little more health-conscious. The game comes with a Wii Balance Board which is used to measure the user's body mass index and their center of gravity. The game comes with body building, yoga, cardio and balancing exercises which in the end will provide the user with their overall Wii Fitness Age. The body building exercises include lunges, sit ups, twisting exercises, push ups, skating. You get to dance, jog and hula hoop for the cardio exercises. In the Yoga exercises, you are given different poses to do. It seems the hardest games are the balancing exercises which include skiing, tight rope, soccer, monkey ball, and ski jumping. Can't wait for the game to be released in the US in April 2008.
